BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

1. Unlimited NON-EXCLUSIVE International Distribution: Business partner (Distributor) is authorized to receive orders for products from any part of the world, unrestricted, for an annual fee of $1 Million ($1,000,000 USD) per year, for a period of 10 years at a commision of 10% of the retail price of each product.

2. Joint-Venture Partnerships: Cogar International Energy Corporation and Business Partner shall own one or more units of The Hydro-Electric Reactor Power Plant on a 50% - 50% basis. Business Partner will put up 50% of the retail price of each unit and Cogar International Energy Corporation will be responsible for manufacturing, installing and servicing each unit. All revenues shall be shared on a 50% - 50% basis after production deductions.

3. Direct Customers-Industrial: Private and public electric utility companies who are presently involved in the energy industry, conventional or green energy, can purchase as many units of the Hydro-Electric Reactor power plants they need to replace their existing expensive systems.

4. Direct Customers-Commercial: Individuals, companies, private and public institutions can place orders directly with Cogar International Energy Corporation to purchase units of the Hydro-Electric Power Plants needed to meet the energy requirements of their properties, e.g. factories, commercial buildings, military bases, high-rise office complexes, apartment complexes, malls, shopping centers, fast food restaurants, small businesses, etc.

5. Direct Customers-Residential: Individual customers can place orders directly with Cogar International Energy Corporation to purchase units of the Hydro-Electric Reactor electric generators needed to supply electricity to their homes, town-houses, mansions, farm houses, etc.

6. Direct Customers-Investment Income: Individual and institutional investors can purchase as many units of the residential, commercial or industrial-sized Hydro-Electric Reactor power generators and have them installed at residential, commercial or industrial buildings and collect monthly income from their investments.

7. Direct Customers-Transportation: All automobiles and other transportation vehicle manufacturers, worldwide, can place orders for different models and capacities of their vehicles' engines pending when the all-electric, unlimited miles engines become available, within 12 months.

1. Business Partners cannot acquire rights to more than one products category.
2. All Orders for distributing and servicing from any part of the world must be made directly to Cogar International Energy Corporation.
